Call for Tenders Notice – AdaptWAP | Strengthening the Operational Capacities of the Executive Secretariat of the W-Arly-Pendjari (WAP) Complex
As part of the implementation of the project “Integration of Climate Change Adaptation Measures in the Consolidated Management of the Transboundary Wap Complex”, the Sahara and Sahel Observatory (OSS) is launching a call for tenders for the acquisition of equipment intended for the outfitting of the premises of the WAP Executive Secretariat (SE-WAP), based in Niamey (Niger).
This acquisition aims to strengthen the logistical and technical capacities of SE-WAP and to support its operationalization within the framework of adaptation actions and the concerted management of the transboundary complex.
Deadline for submission of bids: 30 March 2026 at 11:59 PM (Tunis time).
