The OSS is launching a call for proposals to recruit an audiovisual production agency responsible for producing six pilot demonstration videos - one for each partner country (Benin, Burkina Faso, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, and Nigeria).
The videos will be produced in French and English, with full subtitles, for dissemination on social media.
The deadline for the submission of proposals is November 16, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (Tunis time).
