As part of the Eritrea Readiness Project – Enhancing Institutional, Human and Technical Capacity of Eritrea’s System for Climate Finance, the OSS is launching a call for applications for the recruitment of an international consulting firm or group of consultants.
The selected entity will support:
- The development of Eritrea’s GCF Country Program,
- The portfolio review framework, and
- Capacity-building activities for national stakeholders involved in climate finance.
This mission aims to strengthen the National Designated Authority (NDA), improve strategic planning for climate finance, and facilitate inclusive, evidence-based engagement with the Green Climate Fund.
The deadline for receiving the applications is December 25, 2025 at 23:59 (Tunis time).
