The Sahara and Sahel Observatory (OSS) congratulates Mr. Zakaria Matoog-Bakhtia and Ms. TURKI-Fayeza BOUNAJDA on their selection as part of the call for applications for the funding of three (3) scholarships for Algerian students enrolled in a Master’s program (3rd cycle).
