As part of the SMAS project "Strengthening the Sustainable Management of the Senegal-Mauritania Aquifer System to Ensure Access to Water for Populations Facing Climate Change", the Sahara and Sahel Observatory is launching a call for applications for the recruitment of a:
- National TDA Consultant, Expert – Development of the Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis (TDA) for the SMAS groundwater.
- National Climate Change Consultant – Contribution to the Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis (TDA) for the SMAS groundwater.
- National Environmental Consultant – Contribution to the Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis (TDA) for the SMAS groundwater.
- National Legal Consultant – Contribution to the Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis (TDA) for the SMAS groundwater.
- National Socioeconomic Expert – Contribution to the Transboundary Diagnostic Analysis (TDA) for the SMAS groundwater.
- National Data Collection Expert – Support for national data collection to supply a modern database of the Senegal-Mauritania Aquifer System (SMAS).
These Terms of Reference apply exclusively to The Gambia and Guinea-Bissau.
