AdaptWAP project | Call for Tenders for the procurement of Warning Message Dissemination Equipment for Niger's National Disaster Management Structures

As part of the implementation of the AdaptWAP project, the OSS is issuing a call for tenders for the procurement of warning message dissemination equipment for Niger's national disaster management structures. 

The deadline for receiving the bids is July 21, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (Tunis time).

We inform bidders that an error has been identified in Annex 5 - Specifications Guarantee. The new and corrected version is now available and must be used for all submissions to avoid any lack of clarity.
