As part of the "Enhancing institutional, human and technical capacity of the Libyan system for climate finance" Project, the Sahara and Sahel Observatory (OSS) in collaboration of the Ministry of Environment of Libya is recruiting an international consultant to support leveraging the private sector for increased climate investment and strengthened partnerships in Libya.
