As part of the "Enhancing institutional, human and technical capacity of the Libyan System for Climate Finance" project, the Sahara and Sahel Observatory is launching, in collaboration with the Libyan NDA and ministry of environment, a call for tenders for the recruitment of a consultancy firm to develop decision tools for Climate Change policies in Libya to enhance GCF programming in low-emission investments.
The time limit for the submission of tenders is Sunday, October 6th, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (Tunis time).
