As part of the project “Scaling up Climate Resilient Rice Production in West Africa – RICOWAS”, the Sahara and Sahel Observatory is launching a call for applications for the recruitment of an international consultant to conduct the mid-term evaluation of the project, implemented across 13 countries in West Africa.
Deadline for submission: Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 11:59 PM (Tunis time, GMT+1)
This assignment, spanning 120 calendar days, will involve a comprehensive review of project implementation progress, including document analysis, stakeholder consultations, data collection and analysis, and the drafting of technical reports.
