28th Session of the OSS Executive Board March 30 – 31, 2022 - Online session

The OSS held the 28th Session of its Executive Board under the Chairmanship of H.E. Mr. Al-Sayed El-Quseir, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Mr. Nabil BEN KHATRA, the OSS Executive Secretary and H.E. Mr. Al-Sayed El-Quseir, Chairman of the Board, opened the works of the session, welcoming all participants and wishing them every success.

Afterward, the OSS representatives took the meeting to go over the implementation of the previous EB session recommendations, to review the results of the 2021 activities and to adopt the financial statements as well as the Statutory Auditor report.

It is worth reminding that the OSS Executive Board is a decision-making entity, governed by the Organization Articles of Association. It brings together high-level Administrators from certain member countries as well as representatives of sub-regional, regional and international organizations.

The EB takes action in the implementation of the General Assembly resolutions, the validation of the OSS programs and activities, the mobilization of the scientific community and the identification of new development partners.
